Mission Statement

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant middle school community by: providing resources to enhance the learning experience; strengthening community relationships; encouraging family involvement; and supporting students, families, and staff at IMS through our programs and activities.

Goals for 2025-2026

The Issaquah Middle PTSA will:

  • Create a platform for the IMS community so each member has a voice to share concerns and ideas to help make the IMS community stronger and more engaged.
  • Act as stewards for the continued welfare and viability of the PTSA both educationally, legally, and financially through membership, fundraising, good fiscal management, and transparency.
  • Keep families connected and engaged through PTSA communication tools, general membership meetings, social media and family friendly events throughout the school year.
  • Provide 100% free membership for all IMS staff and obtain 100% staff membership participation.
  • Increase PTSA membership from 2024 – 2025 membership.
